Custom Built Loft Conversion
First of all, you may recognise this outstanding loft conversion project we built over in the lovely Borough of Northwood. This home was in fact featured on the popular BBC programme, Homes Under The Hammer, and the owners were understandably thrilled with the large loft conversion we designed and built for their new build property.
This custom built loft featured two spacious, modern bedrooms, a second family bathroom, and easy access to and from the ground floor of the home. As with all our projects, we installed a tin roof and secure scaffolding for access, ensuring minimum disruption and maximum safety for the homeowners. The small dormer loft at the rear of the property shows how the choice of brickwork and roofing materials enhanced the appearance of the property, blending seamlessly in with the aesthetic of this incredible London bungalow.
